Well Travelled

 "70s" country rock Band

 

"Well Travelled" is an electric line up which plays all types of Americana music with a strong leaning towards country but with enough rock, folk and blues to guarantee a very varied evening. Mike is joined in Well Travelled by longstanding collaborators Andy Dale (bass), John Crimes (drums), Dunc Hansell (keys) John Bailey (guitar, mandolin), Farnham Haywood (harmonicas) Steve Giddings (lap steel and fender telecaster). The repertoire includes Eagles, Jackson Browne and CSNY so harmony vocals are a key feature. When we  go country its Vince Gill, Hank Williams, Gram Parsons and Buck Owens songs. Mike tries to sneak in as many Bob Dylan songs as possible. Sooner or later we get into Creedence, Little Feat, Van Morrison and other "West Coast" favourites
